Council Structure

Form Council

One member of each from across the whole school will be elected to represent the form and feedback to Year Group Council meetings.

Form Council meetings will be held during form time and PSHCE and can discuss a range of topics. These will then be fed into Year Group Council through a Form Council Representative.

Year Group Council

The elected Form Group Representatives will meet to discuss Year Group issues and select one member (on a rota) to represent the Year at school council level.

Year Group Meetings will be held during Lunch Time with Mr Skelton and a Pastoral Representative from each Year and will allow for issues to be discussed and filtered into the School Council via Year Group Representatives. These meetings will have a fixed agenda.

School Council

Will contain a Year Group Representative for each year in the school, Head of Middle School and Head Boy and Head Girl.

School Council Meetings will be held on a rota during lesson time (to allow for all year group members to attend) and will have minutes taken that are reported back to SLT. A member of Pastoral Teams and SLT will be present at each meeting. These meetings will have a fixed agenda.
